The IncitePM suite of project management services are flexible and can be utilised for the entire lifecycle of a project – from inception through to practical completion – or incorporated at the various stages of delivery. We are able to assist our clients with initial planning and approvals, design documentation, specialist programming, tender management, consultant and contractor selection, construction management, contract administration, stakeholder management, change management and relocation management.
Our experience of working across a range of sectors such as commercial office, hospitality, education, health, retail & tourism, residential and community, enables us to apply lessons learnt to new projects.
